Fish and Seafood Recipes for the Dukan Diet

In the first three phase of the Dukan Diet you can eat any fish or seafood that you like in unlimited quantities.  It is only when you move into Stabilisation that this changes and Dr Dukan makes the proteins that you eat on Dukan Thursday as pure in protein and as low in fat as possible.  This means that salmon, mackerel, sardines and tuna need to be avoided because of their high oil content on these days each week.  They can of course be eaten freely on the other six days!

Are you allowed to have mussels and cockles from a jar (not fresh) in vinegar

      Hi Kay

You need to check the ingredients as the vinegar can contain sugar which would mean they should be avoided.

      Kind regards

      Amber:)
