Great Tasting Dukan Desserts

The fact that you are still able to enjoy many different desserts whilst losing weight is one of the great plus points of following the Dukan Diet.

  •  Simple Lemon Cheesecake – Looking for a great dessert for the Attack phase or any other phase of the Dukan Diet, well here it is!
  • Baked Coffee Cheesecake – A great any day of any phase recipe.
  • Spicy Tofu Pumpkin Cheesecake – A dessert for PV days including Thanksgiving of course!
  • Floating Islands is an any day, any phase recipe.  It is a light but sophisticated dessert that could be served at any dinner party without anyone batting an eye.
  • Low Carb Chocoholics Custard is a recipe for the Cruise phase and onwards as it uses reduced fat no added sugar cocoa powder which is a tolerated food but it could easily be made suitable for the Attack Phase by using a different flavoring.

  • Meringues à la Dukan – just add a little sweetened yogurt for the perfect Attack Phase dessert or any other day come to think of it
  • Dukan Diet Cheatcake – cream cheese  isn’t one of the fat free dairy products that is allowed as part of your daily 1kg allocation so this really needs to be a Cruise Phase recipe made using cream cheese as your daily tolerated items.
  • Mrsj2008′s Zesty Lemon Dukan Pancakes – an all days all phases recipe using your daily serving of oat bran
  • Pumpkin Pie Custard Recipe – A recipe just for very special occasions such as Thanksgiving as it contain a small amount of evaporated milk which isn’t Dukan approved!
  • Rhubarb Ginger Fool – a simple recipe combining rhubarb with ginger to give a great dessert that can be enjoyed in the Cruise Phase.
  •  H & V’s Perfected Baked Egg Custard – an everyday recipe for all phases.  Perfect indeed!!

Are pork rinds allowed on dukan diet?

    • Amber on December 10, 2017

      Hi Priscills

They are too high in fat to be suitable on the Dukan Diet.

      Best wishes

    Hi Amber,

Just wondering of you know of anywhere in the UK I can buy a Dukan friendly cocoa powder. It’s not something I would use that often so I dont really want to pay the Dukan website price and then and additional £6 on top for delivery!

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated 🙂

    Hi Amber
I remember reading somewhere that you can make plain yoghurt into ice-cream. I can’t remember exactly what the article said and I can’t find it again. The person also used the Lite Jelly Crystals for flavouring. It was also stated that it would be quicker in an ice-cream maker.
Did I really read that or maybe I was dreaming?

      Hi Elizabeth

I think you are right but don’t think I posted here. Here is a link to a sugar free fat free frozen yogurt that you may be able to adapt by replacing the vanilla and some sweetener with the Lite Jelly Crystals.

      Best wishes

Hey amber, can I use any fruit in the second phase?

    • Amber on September 19, 2013

      HI Anisa

The only fruit in the Cruise is rhubarb which is an allowed vegetable and goji berries that are a tolerated food.

    Dear Amber,

I am now very enjoy the Dukan Diet Cooking particularly baking dessert, however I wonder that can I use extra litght laughing cow cheese triangles instead of using butter?

If yes, I have a plan to bake some my Dukan style Muffin 😉 and if everything goes well, I will share the recipes to you and others.

Thanks so much for all very good suggestion. Take care 🙂

    • Amber on September 2, 2013

      Hi Pear Pauline

I’m glad you’ve got to grips with cooking and baking the Dukan way. The extra light Laughing Cow triangles could be used but 30 g equals one tolerated item.

I look forward to seeing your recipe for muffins.

      Best wishes
